Elevate is a series of health tech showcases that take digital and medical technology direct to NHS trusts. The series was launched by Highland so healthcare providers can engage their workforce in the art of the possible, and suppliers can secure real conversations with staff at all levels.

Elevate health tech showcases are curated events. Highland works with trusts that are looking to build on their electronic patient record investments, refresh their digital strategies, or respond to the government's 10 Year Health Plan and NHS England operational priorities. Highland has facilitated Elevate showcases at Derby and Burton NHS Foundation Trust and Bristol NHS Group. It is booking events at the Countess of Chester NHS Foundation Trust and the acute and mental health trusts in Essex. And it is talking to more organisations for events in summer and autumn 2026.

Mid and South Essex NHS Foundation Trust runs three major hospitals, each of which has its own site management and specialisms. This means there is an opportunity to meet more senior leaders and to give each event its own character, curated to the interests of the clinical staff who work there. Mid and South Essex is also working closely with Essex Partnership University NHS Foundation Trust, and it wants to make sure that its leaders and clinicians can see the latest in mental health technology.

Elevate health tech showcases are much more targeted than trade shows. They give you the opportunity to speak directly with key operational leads, clinicians, and nurses - engaging NHS stakeholders from board to ward to support real-world adoption of your technology. At a trade show, suppliers exhibit and hope the right people walk past. At Elevate, the event takes place inside the NHS organisation itself. There are no cold calls and no gatekeepers. You are not competing with a larger stand or bigger marketing budget - the format levels the playing field.

Highland is planning to deliver between 8 and 12 events in 2026, and the same volume in 2027 and beyond. As new hosting trusts are confirmed, registered suppliers are notified of dates and locations. Each supplier can choose which events to attend based on their existing NHS client relationships, geography, or commercial priorities - there is no obligation to attend every event.

Highland works with forward-thinking trusts to identify their digital priorities and the areas of the health tech market they are particularly interested in. This means suppliers are only invited if healthcare providers need their solution type. The aim is to have no more than two suppliers from any one solution type at an event.

The cost of attending a health tech showcase is far less than the cost of attending a major IT show, where the opportunities for deep engagement are lower. Prices start at £3,000 plus VAT for a table and two supplier representatives.

Elevate health tech showcases are built for strong ROI and suppliers are directing traditional marketing and conference spend to this model. Suppliers that have attended early events have been able to influence trust digital strategy and secure immediate opportunities. Highland works with trade bodies and its partner, Insight, to turn conversations into compliant opportunities.

Yes. Elevate is open to any supplier whose product is relevant to the host organisation - regardless of company size or stage. Smaller companies often find Elevate particularly valuable because it provides direct access to senior NHS leaders and frontline staff that would otherwise take months to reach through conventional routes. The curated format levels the playing field: every supplier has the same space and the same access.

The heart of an Elevate health tech showcase is an exhibition that allows suppliers to demonstrate their services, products and ideas, and staff to engage with them. To add buzz and excitement, there are also speaking and discussion opportunities for trust and supplier leaders.

Hosting trusts provide each participating supplier with a table, chair(s), and power supply. Catering is included for both NHS professionals and participating suppliers throughout the day.

Each supplier may bring up to two pop-up banners (each no wider than 1,000mm); one multimedia item or demonstration set-up (for example, a monitor); and marketing collateral - brochures, handouts, and leave-behinds are encouraged. Yes. The price covers catering for both NHS professionals and participating suppliers throughout the day. You do not need to arrange meals or refreshments separately.

Yes. Suppliers have the opportunity to deliver a 20-minute TEDx-style presentation. Slots are available on a first-come, first-served basis and are subject to an additional cost on top of the standard participation fee. Contact info@highland.health as early as possible to express your interest.

Highland manages the full supplier curation, matching, and event logistics. The host organisation provides the venue and promotes attendance to their own staff. Express your interest in hosting and the team will be in touch. Hosting trusts are identified based on their EPR journeys and digital strategies, to ensure the supplier mix is genuinely relevant to current priorities.

There is no cost to the NHS organisation to host an Elevate event. Highland covers event management, supplier curation, and logistics. The host trust provides the venue space and promotes the event to their own staff. Catering for NHS staff on the day is also covered.
